Enamel Diction
The subconscious language of colour.

Enamel Diction, how to tell a girl by her nail color, started as a book written by Tamara Sheeran. The glossy guide was launched to the US by special invitation to New York Fashion Week in 2011 and the Enamel Diction brand quickly grew into a digital sensation and colour phenomenon.

Enamel Diction was translated into a Los Angeles Colour Studio taking a new and disruptive approach to the nail spa industry.

In true Australian pioneering style, the creation of the ultra hip salon with designer furniture, biophilia and installation art, was the first of its kind. It influenced a community of American followers inspired by the unique store design and ground breaking concepts including inventive nail art services and colorastrology readings (only in LA)!

“Enamel Diction started as a book by Aussie designer and color expert Tamara Sheeran, a glossy guide to expressing your personality through your nail polish.

The salon is ultra hip, with bentwood tables, skylights overhead, and one wall painted with a mural-like geometric design gone wild (think Pucci), and they serve up fun, incredibly inventive manis and pedis.”
